What do WE do ?

We are research based L&D facilitators, honing Soft skills through Drama Intervention. Unlike case studies (which appeal only to the Cognitive domains), participants in creative drama technique experiment a simulation, and my interventions help Managers experience situations engineering. Especially, First Time Managers need a safe alternative to achieve experiential learning to be able to allow others to influence them and vice versa. It’s essential for All The Leaders to understand 'self’ and 'others'. This works upon their Emotional-intelligence, self confidence, self esteem, and ability to influence & persuade 'others'. Besides, Drama interventions bring Harmony amongst the diversities at workplace.
